Some Appraisal Cards may have a new notice code displayed on the third line in the upper left hand corner.

This code may be interpreted as follows:

Code 01 - 32 A new appraisal has been made and the owner has yet to be notified.

Code 33 - 35 An Informal Review has been completed and the owner has yet to be notified.

Code 91 A Court of Appeals Appeal has been filed and is in process.

Code 92 A Property Tax Commission Appeal has been filed and is in process.

Code 93 An Assessment Agreement has been reached.

Code 94 An Informal Review has been requested and is in process.

Code 95 - 96 A change has been made to the land and the new appraisal is in process.

Code 98 A Formal Appeal has been filed and has not been heard.

Code 97 or 99 Buildings or improvements have been added, changed or removed and the new appraisal is in process.
